the nickname bug described in the topic "чума" is partially fixed, the deleted uins still experience the bug, just search for 31337 and 12345 via icq for iphone/ipad. so that is a new way to check for deleted uins having empty details.
btw does your post above mean that deleted uins have a password, not one and the same, but they do have a password?.
