Depends on what you expect.
If you have no tool to detect UFOs, then this is just one more nice vid. When such tool will be defined, then I will say - wow, this is UFO!
UFO for me is anything that has no explanation. For example these chemtrails are such "UFO's". No explanation are given by governments. No detection tool defined.
Objects move very fast. They can be some projection of bright laser beams, that comes from the earth. Such beams, while reaching layer of air with differen properties (like humidity, temperature, etc) lose part of their energy that dissipates into air. It looks like very bright spots - same as you see here.
